INFORMED is a continuing education company that has been providing a broad range of educational activities to a wide array of licensed professionals for over 35 years. In 1991, INFORMED became the first organization to provide continuing education to individuals licensed by the Florida Board of Cosmetology to meet educational requirements.

INFORMED is an approved provider of continuing education for Cosmetologists, Nail Technicians, and Specialists under the Florida Board of Cosmetology (FBOC) Provider Number 0000943.

We maintain a fully staffed education service center that licensees may contact Monday through Friday, 8:30AM until 5:00 PM EST using our toll-free number. Cosmetologists, Nail Techs, and Specialists may speak directly with our education support personnel to request programs, have their tests graded, receive interactive training, interpretation of course material, request duplicate certificates of completion, receive problem resolution, and for information regarding Board regulations.
